About the Event

CREATIVE MAGIC WEEKEND WOMEN'S  RETREAT

March 15-17, 2024

Hosted by  Lisa and Brian of  The High Lonesome, a forested residential property one hour north of Vancouver, Washington and also one hour from the Portland International Airport.

This will be a time for renewal, self-reflection and creative camaraderie in a beautiful setting of a Pacific Northwest woodland. With the extended time of two days and two nights, there will be much spaciousness for art making, journaling and guided discussions as well as built-in breaks for free time and wandering.

Creative Magic Weekend is  designed to be a focused time in a beautiful forest to nurture the heart, mind and soul.

Our hosts are Lisa and Brian, owners of their home in the forest they call The High Lonesome, twelve acres of a lush woodland nestled between the beautiful Lewis River and tree-lined Copper Creek.

Comprised of various dwellings including a main lodge-style home and a separate spacious  Apartment above the garage, The High Lonesome is the ideal place for an intimate retreat experience. This is a small intimate retreat allowing our  Creative Magic Weekend together   for plenty of connection with others as well as personal solitude.

There are  (4) spots  for  a  Saturday Only option  to join  just for the day for those with time and budget constraints.  You need to register on a separate event page if you opt for this which can be found HERE.

MOBILITY CONSIDERATIONS

The High Lonesome is comprised of several dwellings. Our main meeting space requires the ability to navigate a flight of stairs. ALL the accommodations will also require going up and down stairs. Please know your physical abilities and if this is manageable or not for you.

There is a variety of accommodation. Because of the range of different rooms, this is reflected in the pricing. Please read carefully the options and descriptions of each accommodation.

DOGS ON SITE

Scout and Annie are The High Lonesome's resident pets. They are both well behaved and curious as well as welcoming to visitors which they are used to as Lisa and Brian host many kinds of gatherings.
