Living for Courage

"Living today for courage."   The root for the word courage stems from Heart, as in inner most feelings and valor, "the quality of mind that enables one to meet danger."
 
It is my observation and experience that one of the greatest fears people possess is the fear of self-knowledge.  The path to self-awareness is not for the faint of heart. Courage is needed to confront one's own demons. Radical honesty requires some degree of courage to Be Authentic in one's own skin.
