Hosted by The Arts Centered in Vancouver, WA (the old Fort Vancouver library)
Frida Kahlo, an iconic artist and figure from Mexico has inspired many with not just her art, but also her indominable spirit.
In this workshop, students will be guided step by step in how to transfer a line drawing of Frida as the starting point of a watercolor painting. Students will be using professional grade watercolors to create vibrant paintings brimming with saturated color.
No drawing skill needed. This is a beginner friendly workshop that is also suitable for the seasoned art maker.
Youth welcome to register with a registered adult.
