Loose Watercolor Florals is a workshop designed to introduce you to the forgiving and unpredictable magic of loose watercolor painting. We will focus on wildflowers as I lead you step by step in how to loosen up your paint brush and allow the art to emerge from trust rather than precise control. 

Discover a painterly approach to watercolor as you create vibrant, loose florals filled with movement, color, and personality.

SUGGESTED SUPPLIES

• 9x12 watercolor paper

• Round brush # 4 or similar

• Spray Bottle

• Paper Towel

• Pencil for drawing

• Black Stabilo Pencil (or any dark watercolor pencil you may have on hand)

• Fluid White Acrylic Paint OR white paint pen OR white gel ink pen OR Bleed Proof from Dr Phil's

• Water cup

  
  

Watercolor Paints : Alizarin Red, Cerulean Blue, Hooker's Green, Ultra Marine Blue, Gamboge Yellow

Use what you have on hand and make the best of it. These are suggested supplies only. Watercolor paper and a good brush will make the biggest difference. Feel free to use your fave watercolors or whatever palette you may have on hand. The goal is to paint !

Be sure you have a reliable internet connection. Prepare your workspace beforehand and minimize distractions. We will paint together for approximatelyy 90 minutes with plenty of time for questions and interaction.

A recording of the tutorial will be available afterward and a replay link emailed to you.

Each registration admits one participant. If you'd like to paint with a friend, please have them register separately (youth under 18 welcome to join for free)

Ticket price includes applicable sales tax.

REFUND POLICY - No Refunds or Future Credit

This is a non-refundable workshop. Due to the nature of what I offer, I am unable to provide a refund or credit to a future workshop. You may transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Just let me know so I can add their name to the roster.  In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond my control warrant canceling the event, students will receive a full refund.
