This workshops will be approximately 90 minutes long.

Drawing and painting faces is intimidating for many art makers. In this workshop, you will learn with ease how to draw expressive faces and then bring them to life with watercolor paint. It is more heart and soul than precision and technique. Each participant will make one 9x12 painting. No drawing or painting experience needed. I GOT YOU! You will surprise yourself with what you can create with a little guidance.

SUGGESTED SUPPLIES

• 9x12 watercolor paper

• Round brush # 4 or similar

• Spray Bottle

• Paper Towel

• Fine Point black ink pen (or pencil is ok, too. We will use this for drawing)

• Stabilo Pencil

• White Acrylic paint or paint pen

• Water cup

• Watercolors - phthalocyanine green, gamboge (yellow), quinacridone gold, cerulean blue, alizarin crimson (red)

  
  

Use what you have on hand and make the best of it. These are suggested supplies only. Watercolor paper and a good brush will make the biggest difference. Feel free to use your fave watercolors or whatever palette you may have on hand. The goal is to paint !

Be sure you have a reliable internet connection. Prepare your workspace beforehand and minimize distractions. We will paint together for approximatelyy 90 minutes with plenty of time for questions and interaction.

A recording of the tutorial will be available afterward and a replay link emailed to you.

Each registration admits one participant. If you'd like to paint with a friend, please have them register separately.

Limited to 15 participants to ensure plenty of individual attention and personalized feedback.

REFUND POLICY - No Refunds or Future Credit

This is a non-refundable workshop. Due to the nature of what I offer, I am unable to provide a refund or credit to a future workshop. You may transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Just let me know so I can add their name to the roster.  In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond my control warrant canceling the event, students will receive a full refund.
