It is estimated that up to 70% of women do not like their bodies. When we carry shame or loathing for the body that is ours, it can erode our confidence, dull our vitality, and make it harder to feel at home within ourselves.

But when we begin to accept—and even celebrate—the body we inhabit, something powerful happens. Confidence blooms. Joy returns. A deeper sense of self begins to take root.

This day-long, body-positive retreat invites you into a healing circle—not therapy, but a creative and nurturing space to meet yourself with gentleness, honesty, and awe.

Through simple collage rt-making, reflective journaling, nourishing conversation, and gentle exploration of the surrounding forest, you’ll be guided to rediscover the beauty and wisdom of your own body.

We’ll gather at H’Evans Acres, a serene, private forested property in Battle Ground, Washington. Our time will be spent outdoors, surrounded by trees near the banks of the Lewis River.

This retreat is for women of all sizes and identities who long to feel more at home in their bodies.

REFUND POLICY - No Refunds or Future Credit

This is a non-refundable workshop. Due to the nature of what I offer, I am unable to provide a refund or credit to a future workshop. You may sell or transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Just let me know so I can add their name to the roster.  In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond my control warrant canceling the event, students will receive a full refund.
