for a day long retreat designed to nourish body love

through creative camraderie and forest goodness.

Women of all ages, stages and sizes struggle with loving the body that is ours. The relationship some of us have with our body is often negative. Instead of celebrating the body we have Right Now – what I call our Today Body – many of us instead struggle with body shame and body loathing.

Body Positive in the Woods is a gathering where together we will be guided into gentle and loving connections  with our bodies.  Using the tools of journaling, group discussion and creative exercises, you  will be inspired to develop a positive body image that leads to increased confidence and self-love.

In the gorgeous setting of a Pacific Northwest forest, we will spend time in guided journal exercises and art making as a a means to increase awareness of our relationship with our body. 

NO ART EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Set this day aside for Your Self. Bring a friend or a young woman in your life. Youth pricing for those who identify as female  and are aged between 13 and 29 years of age.

Limited to just 15 participants.

COVID Protocols

We will observe current COVID mandates.

Our forest shelter is an outdoor venue.

Masks are not required. Each participant is encouraged to take care of their health.

Personal Comfort

There is  a clean and easy to access restroom with flushing toilets close by to our forest shelter. Walking paths are paved and mostly flat. Appropriate footwear for the outdoors in encouraged.

Fresh drinking water is available as well as other beverages.

I will have ice chests on site if  you desire to bring personal beverages or snacks according to your needs.

Cancellation / Refund policy

This is a NON-REFUNDABLE event. Due to the nature of this type of event, there is no refund available. You are welcome to transfer your spot to another person.

In the unlikely event that this event must be cancelled a full refund will be provided minus the service fee.
