I had a bout of insomnia last night. Instead of tossing and turning, I decided to get up and play with watercolors. Such a gentle paint form for me. I move slower and with more deliberation.
It is evidence I suppose that I am capable of exercising restraint of the whirlwind of creative energy that throbs in my secret places.
